Stage 1: L.E.A.N. Foundation
Every masterpiece, every work of art, and anything of value starts on a strong foundation. Our health and wellness are no different. My services include a 6-week L.E.A.N. Foundation course that lays the groundwork for a whole food and clean eating lifestyle.
In the six weeks, will dive into how we live (Lifestyle), how we exercise (Exercise), how we think (Attitude), and how we eat (Nutrition). Each week focuses on a different topic for a gradual progression to guarantee lasting result. At the end of LEAN Foundation, you will have the tools to:
- Experience a more active and genuinely energetic life
- Have fewer sick days and less time away from school or work
- Significantly reduce your medical expenses.
- Own a personalized weight control plan that works!

Stage 2: Building Blocks
Now that the foundation is set, we will take a more in-depth look into our bodies’ nutrition and lifestyle effects. We will take what was learned in the first six weeks and develop it into a more fluid daily life. We will focus on moving waste from your waist, making health your hobby, living without pain and inflammation, and learning the skills to make your own internal medicine. At the end of stage 2, you will have the resources to:
